cebu pacific...I asked for a refund on a ticket i purchased online. they said the processing would take 60 days. i'm on my 140th day of waiting. can't get through their 'refund' department as the line is always busy. nor have i received any response to the 3 emails i sent to their 'customer service' department.
SM...i purchased P1,000 worth of gift certificates and was informed only buyers who buy P2,000 worth are given envelopes. and guess how many you get when you do buy P2,000 worth of GCs? a grand total of one (as in 1, single, lone, uno).
on the other hand, kudos to the staff of starbucks in Caltex-SLEX (the side going to back to manila) who gave as many envelopes as i wanted for the GCs i purchased from them, shopwise in makati who, in the midst of this year's xmas rush, accomodated our 32 orders of xmas gift bags and, without being asked, offered to deliver the orders to our office for easier distribution and mr. quickie in greenbelt 1, who not only perform regular maintenance on my shoes but also punched additional holes on a belt i brought, free of charge. may your tribe increase.

refund is a struggle if you buy online. if you buy from any of their offices, no prob. btw, it's 159 days and counting....
