Now available: Rafe Bartholomew's Pacific Rims

Just realized that Rafe Bartholomew's book, Pacific Rims: Beermen Ballin' in Flip-Flops and the Philippines' Unlikely Love Affair with Basketball is now available on Kindle's Asia-Pac store for US$16.97.
